Biography

Orfeo Tagiuri lives and works in London. His multimedia practice spans painting, drawing, performance, film, woodcarving, animation, and music.

Tagiuri’s work intertwines emotion and memory, crafting a vivid montage of love’s fragile dance. Symbols of pain—piercing nails and dripping blood—lay bare the rawness of inner wounds, while delicate flowers and angelic wings evoke a sense of healing, transformation, and rebirth.

His recent exhibitions and presentations include The Stations of the Cross at St Giles Cripplegate Church, London (2023); Daybed at MACRO, Rome (2021); and Thoughts to Fall Asleep To at Sapling Gallery, London (2021). Earlier participations include Do Disturb at Palais de Tokyo, Paris (2018), Song I Wrote For My Four Year Old Nephew at Sans Titre, Paris (2018), and Fiorucci Art Trust’s Volcano Extravaganza in Stromboli (2016).
